We work with MSPs and SaaS firms with revenues from 1 million to 10 million in revenue.
What markets is your solution available in?
Our solution is available in the United States and Canada. It can be used by anyone in an English speaking country but requires the review and involvement of local counsel to review our solution for local laws before going live in your sales process.
Can you represent us if we get sued and must defend our contracts in court?
Yes. We can handle litigation in the state and federal courts where we are admitted and partner with local counsel to get admitted on a case-by-case basis nationwide.
Can your service be customized to meet specific business needs?
Yes, our solution is customized for each of our clients’ needs during our 30-day setup process.
Do all of our clients need to sign an Order with the links to the terms and conditions, or is it okay to deliver the terms and conditions in an invoice?
Yes, end users will need to sign an Order that contains appropriate acceptance and incorporation by reference language, along with links to the new terms and conditions. It is not enough for those links to be referenced in an invoice.
Can you provide details about the off-boarding process?
Our agreements include clauses articulating the financial consequences that can accompany off-boarding. You should still prepare a detailed off-boarding plan to make sure that the division of responsibilities and timing are clearly identified.
What are the first steps we should take in the event of a security incident?
In the event of a security incident, please follow these steps:
- Immediately ask the client to notify its first-party cyber insurance carrier to report the claim.
- If the client’s security team approves, isolate the affected system(s)
- Notify the security team.
- Document any incident details.
- Follow the MSP’s incident response plan.

How can we add new services to our existing agreements?
To add new services to your existing agreement, please contact our team in the customer experience portal. They will make a suggestion about the best way to include the new services in your contracts.
Can you provide guidance on including appropriate language in quotes, proposals or orders?
As part of onboarding, your team will help you get the correct language in the appropriate place, depending on the ordering system you use. It’s okay if you don’t have an ordering system, we can adapt the Sample Order to fit your needs.
