Chief Innovator
Robert advises technology companies of all sizes regarding offering Cloud and Managed Services. He graduated summa cum laude from Austin College in Sherman, Texas with a B.A. in economics. He earned his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in New York. Robert is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association’s Science and Technology Section, the Data Privacy & Security Committee of the State Bar of Texas, the Science and Technology Section of the American Bar Association, and serves as a member of the MSP Alliance Advisory Board.
Julie Machal-Fulks
Chief Operating Officer
After a one-year clerkship with a federal magistrate judge, Julie Machal-Fulks has spent her 21-year legal career on the team at Scott & Scott. She has been an equity partner in the firm since 2008.
Over the years, Julie’s practice has included software license interpretation, software audit defense, issues involving privacy and network security, and copyright and trademark infringement. Julie has defended clients in more than 250 software audits involving Autodesk, Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, and Oracle. Today she leads her clients through the software licensing process from procurement to audit defense and everything in between. Known as the “Commander” inside the firm, Julie is comfortable taking the lead the role in major transactions and disputes.

Eric’s practice is focused on the legal needs of businesses, both large and small. As a former public company general counsel Eric is experienced in the many challenges that confront the modern business enterprise. Eric strives to deliver flexible, innovative, and practical solutions to minimize legal exposures and liabilities. An experienced draftsman, Eric has years of experience reviewing and negotiating complex legal agreement in the technology, commercial, and manufacturing industries, and in corporate acquisition and disposition transactions.
