Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
Monjur wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use monjur.com. We work to make the site easy to read, navigate, and use with a keyboard, a screen reader, or other assistive technology.
The standard we use
We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the W3C. We measure our conformance against both WCAG 2.1 Level AA and WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Conformance status
monjur.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA and WCAG 2.2 AA. That means some parts of the site do not yet fully meet the standard. We list the ones we know about below.
What we do
- We audited the site in October 2026 and fixed what we found: color contrast (including a darker accent color for text), form labels and tooltips, heading order, page landmarks, pause controls on moving content, and keyboard access. An automated re-check of every page after that work found no remaining violations.
- We test pages with automated tools (axe-core) and by hand with a keyboard.
- We re-scan the site periodically and before major changes.
- Every page has a skip link, page landmarks, visible keyboard focus, and text alternatives for images, and respects your reduced-motion setting.
Known limitations
These come from our October 2026 audit and the remediation that followed. We list what we have not yet confirmed or fixed, so you know what to expect.
- Captions on customer testimonial videos. Ten customer video testimonials are hosted on Vimeo. We have not yet confirmed that every one has a caption track, and the players do not turn captions on by default. We are checking each video and will turn captions on where they exist.
- A muted video that starts on its own. After you register for our workshop, a short welcome video plays muted and shows no pause control until you tap it for sound. It has captions. We plan to add a visible pause control.
- Third-party content. Embedded content we do not control may not meet the standard: HubSpot forms and the meeting scheduler, Vimeo's player controls, and the Pilot app at pilot.monjur.ai. If we embed an interactive product demo, it will carry a transcript.
- Article content. Articles are written in a content system. We now adjust heading levels when a page renders so none are skipped, but link text, image descriptions and tables inside article bodies have been checked by automated tools only, not by hand.
- What our testing covered. Automated checks ran on every page as it loads, on desktop, with four key pages also checked at phone width. Open menus, dialogs, hover states, and form error and success states were checked by hand on the main pages only. We have not yet done a full screen-reader pass (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS). Automated tools find only part of what matters, so we rely on you telling us what we missed.
- Older pages. A few low-traffic legacy pages (for example, an event page and an older MSA review template) were fixed for the issues our tools report but have not been hand-tested.
- PDF resources. Some downloadable PDFs may not be fully accessible.
If one of these gets in your way, contact us and we will get you the information another way.
