The questions MSPs ask us most.

Short answers here. Bring the rest to the call.

How is this different from the MSA I already have?

Your MSA is a document. Monjur is the attorneys who rebuild it to match what you sell today, then keep it current.

MSP-focused attorneys rewrite your agreements around your services, your state, and the clients you serve, regulated ones included, and replace the pile of versions with one organized set. Then they maintain it. When a law changes or a vendor changes its terms, the affected language is updated for you. A document you downloaded or inherited stays whatever it was the day you got it.

How can a signed contract change after my client signed it?

Your agreement points to its terms through a live link, and the terms live at that link. Your client accepts the agreement, link included, through the quote they already sign.

When Monjur's attorneys update the terms, the change reaches every agreement pointing to them, with no re-signing. You choose how updates go live: automatically, or only after you review and approve each one. On the call, ask to see a change that went out and how clients were notified.

How the live link works

What does it cost, and what's included versus extra?

Every plan is a flat monthly fee plus a one-time onboarding fee, and every plan includes Pilot, attorney supervision, two hours a month of Legal Office Hours with our attorneys, and the 30-day guarantee.

Billed separately: change approvals (per review) and matters outside your agreements, such as a custom negotiation or a regulatory question that is not about your contracts. The pricing page has the plans side by side, and the call is where we tell you which one fits.

See the plans

What is the term, and what happens if I cancel or leave?

Every plan carries a 30-day guarantee: cancel within the first 30 days and you get a full refund of every payment made. No fees, no retention calls.

Term length, how you opt out, and what happens to your documents if you leave are exactly the kind of questions the call is for. Ask, and you get a straight answer before you decide anything.

Plans and the guarantee

Do my existing clients have to re-sign?

Nobody re-papers every client at once. Existing clients move onto the new agreement as their renewals and new quotes come up, through the quote workflow you already use. One signature, not two.

Once a client is on it, every future update reaches them through the live link with no re-signing. And the agreement is written to be accepted: MSPs on r/msp report clients clicking through without redlines.

Monjur is aces… They are actual lawyers… Since implementing Monjur 3 years ago now, we dont even have new clients asking to redline agreements. They click the checkbox and e-sign it.

Virtually every client and prospect accepts the Monjur agreement without question… I've never had a legal partner like this in my 25+ years as an MSP.

I spent 20+ years in “big law” IT and their agreements… are strong. It's the easiest money we ever spent on legal.

I reviewed a Monjur contract on the insurance side, was very comprehensive… better than 90% of the garbage agreements I get to look at.

One of a MSP's most valuable assets is their contracts. So this is not the place to wing it or pinch pennies…
